ATLAS MAISE
Where community, creativity, and commerce come together
We build people-centered brands, from joyful cafés to community retail — with The Edit by Kalika at the heart of everything we do.
Building Community-Driven Retail Brands
Atlas Maise is a Colorado-based operating company focused on building, improving, and growing community-centered retail experiences. We specialize in hands-on ownership, thoughtful brand development, and creating spaces where people want to gather.
Our work today centers on two core platforms:
-
Happy Lemon Colorado — a portfolio of neighborhood cafés
-
The Edit by Kalika — a curated retail and creator marketplace
HOW WE OPERATE
Atlas Maise is not a passive holding company. We are operators.
That means:
-
We invest time, capital, and leadership into the businesses we run
-
We prioritize sustainability over hype
-
We believe strong local brands are built one customer, one team member, and one experience at a time
Everything we build is rooted in:
community • execution • long-term value

Our Story
Atlas Maise began as a small partnership with a clear belief: the most meaningful work is built through ownership, accountability, and long-term thinking.
We operate businesses hands-on. We invest time, capital, and leadership into real places, because the best ideas are tested in the real world, not on slides.
As operators, we collaborate closely with artists, creators, landlords, and community partners who share our values. While our core team is intentionally lean, our work is expansive, rooted in partnerships and practical execution.

Our focus is on rebuilding the village through intentional economic investment. That means supporting the people and places that anchor communities: neighborhood cafés, creative marketplaces, and small businesses that create dignity through work.
This operator-first mindset is what shaped Atlas Maise Revenue Architects.
Revenue Architects is our business management and revenue leadership practice built from experience operating consumer and B2B businesses, navigating complexity, and making practical decisions under real constraints. It reflects how we think about growth: disciplined, data-informed, and grounded in execution.
-
We run multi-location retail businesses
-
We manage teams, margins, and systems
-
We build revenue in imperfect, real-world conditions
Revenue Architects exists to support aligned businesses when and where it makes sense, without hype, without one-size-fits-all frameworks, and without pretending every business needs the same solution.
Rather than positioning advice ahead of outcomes, we lead with proof:
Atlas Maise is not a closed system.
We are open to collaboration through partnerships, projects, and thoughtfully adding new members over time, when values align and the work is meaningful.
