Madhuri Maharaj is the Founder and Principal of Atlas Maise Revenue Architects. She built her career in sales by consistently outperforming as an individual contributor, then transforming underperforming markets as a regional sales manager, and later designing national go-to-market strategies as a sales director. Her experience spans industries from SaaS and manufacturing to financial services and logistics, where she partnered with C-suite leaders to deliver measurable growth.

Today, Madhuri also owns and operates her own manager-led small business, which gives her the freedom to continue lending her skills to the SMB community. This dual perspective makes her work even more powerful. She now walks in her clients’ shoes, where before she could only walk beside them.

Madhuri is drawn to the rhythm of small businesses and startups, where she finds both challenge and inspiration. She has experienced true community through working alongside entrepreneurs and SMB owners, and she deeply admires her clients’ resilience and vision.
